RAW BRAND delivers via Postnet (South Africa) and DHL Express (rest of the world). All orders are processed within one working day; however, since we manufacture to order some orders might be slightly delayed due to the extra care being taken to make sure your board is handcrafted to the highest quality.

RAW BRAND will not be held responsible for a delay in shipment caused by courier delays, international customs issues, or any other circumstances beyond our control. Product prices will always be visible on the package insert for tax reasons on all international orders. Once orders are sent, they can’t be cancelled and changing your delivery address will no longer be possible. Please ensure to fill out the correct address when checking out.

Returns

RAW BRAND will accept returns within 14 days of shipping. We do not offer refunds, only store credits and exchanges. You require a valid receipt to initiate the return. Please email hello@rawbrand.co to initiate the returns process. Pending inspection, store credit or exchange will be processed for the item value, and you will be contacted by email.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. To return an item, courier it to the address supplied in the initiation email. Your return must be sent back to the correct address for us to credit or exchange your purchase. Items must be folded or placed back in their original packaging along with any corresponding tags. All items are subject to inspection and voiding of this contract due to wear and tear of a returned item.

During sale periods, all sales are final. RAW BRAND reserves the right to extend, modify, or discontinue markdowns at any time without notice.

RAW BRAND is not responsible for returned packages lost in transit to us.
